The Samsung Galaxy S3 is a Android smartphone designed, developed and marketed by Samsung. Also known as the S3 or the Galaxy S III, The Galaxy S3 was released in May 29, 2012. The phone had corners that were curvier than the Galaxy S2 and S1. The Galaxy S3 had been considered to be compatible to the Snapdragon S4 Plus processor. The S3 had a smaller version, known as the Galaxy S3 Mini, or, Galaxy S III mini. The Galaxy S3 was the only phone with a non-rectangular home button.

- The S3 was sold until 2015 thanks to Sprint Prepaid selling the 4G LTE variant
- There's different models of the S3 with a Snapdragon S4 Plus processor
- The S3 has rare colors, which are Garnet Red, and Purple
- Garnet Red was exclusive to AT&T and Purple was exclusive to Sprint
- The reason why the Purple S3 is rare is because the Purple variant was sold when the S4 came out, so people didn't really buy the S3 anymore.
